, I decided to give these guys a try too. What a difference it is to deal with nice people. I live on the other side of town from these guys but discovered a 20 minute drive not only saved me over 50% on the new drum set I got for my son, but it also was refreshing to deal with patient and nice people. I have always shopped where I live in Irmo, but after being treated rudely on 2 occasions, I just tried something else. Give these guys a try, because it turns out this is a family run store, and it shows.

Have had my Fender Strat Set up several times over the years by these guys and they always dial it in just right. Quick turn around at a fair price.

like this still exist. Knowing very little about nice guitars I called this store and was treated very well. The person that answered the phone asked me a series of questions to help me narrow down what I needed as a suprise gift for my husband, who is an advanced guitar player. Thank you for the honest and friendly approach. I will be back.

I went to this store for a guitar string. The guy that worked the counter was so much help. He not only got the guitar string but put it on as well. Treated me as though I was buying a big ticket item. I'm new to the world of music and he did not financially take advantage of my music ignorance by trying to sell me more than what my situation was worth. I note this because the store I had contacted prior to this store recognized my newness at guitar knowledge and gave me a cost that was about literally "20" times more than what this store charged.
I like the personal touch and honesty. Keep it real!

I have been going to this store for years. Have had my neck adjusted on my acoustic and full set up on both my electrics. Fast service and very affordable. Nice people

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE !!!!!!! Super nice people to deal with. I have played guitar for years, and these guys have some of the best turn over of quality pre-owned guitars and amps. A+++++ ATMOSPHERE, NO PRESSURE. They have been around for a long time in Columbia.
